Our first disappointment came when we looked at the company's services offered. Not only topessaywriting.org failed to create a page that contains this list, but their list is actually very limited. Unfortunately, this means students are not able to order all their papers from one company.
You can check the services this company offers in the free calculator. Once you do, you will find that they offer the most commonly assigned papers and nothing more, limiting your choices when it comes to a regular content provider.
Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 8/20)
The pricing here is average, starting at $12.99 per page for high school level paper and a deadline of 14 days. As for higher academic levels such as Master's and PhD, the prices are drastically steeper, which makes them expensive for a student's budget. For example, Master's level prices start at $18.55 per page and range up to $43.99 per page!
Criteria #3: Quality Evaluation (Mark - 10/20)
Our topessaywriting review would be incomplete without a paper quality evaluation. For this reason, we went and placed an order for a term paper, which came at a bit higher price than we anticipated. Even though the company says you are saving a lot with the free features, their base prices are very high for a Master's level academic paper.
Knowing this, we expected to receive a high-quality paper, as Top Essay Writing promised. However, the writer disappointed us completely, delivering a paper that was mostly plagiarized and not at all formatted.
Once we got this paper, we immediately looked for ways to contact customer service. After all, the company promises free revisions and guarantees plagiarism-free papers.
Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 10/20)
According to the website's contacting page, you can either use the live chat option or the phone number to get in touch with the service. The creators also provided an e-mail address where you can write, but this is a completely non-functional contacting method since no one replied to our e-mail for a week.
Contacting the live chat agents was easy, but the one we spoke too lacked some training. She took a lot of time to respond to our simplest questions, after which she suggested that we use the phone contact to ask for a revision. After this, no one answered our phone call, which means that we never got the revision the company offers.
Criteria #5: Customers Reviews (Mark - 10/20)

They have written a multitude of papers for me. Every paper has had to be revised 3-4 times. There was a part of my paper that required a second step which was to fill in blanks in several fields and they refused to do it unless I gave them more money. Luke, the penny-pinching moron refused to finish the last part unless I paid more. I was even told that the only option was to take away one page from the paper that was already written. After realizing that Luke was simply a peon that needed my $15.00 to fill in blanks I gave in. Realizing, it's only $15.00, not a problem, its the principle. $15.00 or an entire 4 years of giving them my loyalty as a customer for every class and every paper.
