SameDayEssay is a professional academic paper writing service. They have quite a long presence on the market, but their website still does not look professional. At a closer look we found that they do not give enough valuable information regarding the exact services provided, the prices charged or information about the background of the writers. We consider it extremely important that such services hire only professional writers with MA and PhD degrees in various fields.
We also noted that some of the customer reviews on their home page are fake, while the statistics are not too realistic.

The company does not have a separate section with the services offered, which makes it difficult for students to see exactly what paper are available. We had to use the drop down menu of their calculator to check exactly what services they offer.
These include: Copywriting, essays, Dissertation chapters, business plans, capstone projects, assignments, movie reviews, research papers, posters, PowerPoint Presentations and many others. In our opinion, they offer just too many services, and they are not focused or specialized on a certain set of academic papers.
Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 10/20)
The most expensive price is $47/page for a 3-hour deadline essay at PhD level, while the cheapest cost is $14.63/page at high school level. Regarding discounts, they advertise to offer an instant 10% off the total cost for first time orders. We know from experience that most reputable services offer 15% off for first time orders, so they offer a small initial discount in our opinion.
There are no other discounts offered, and we could not find anything pertaining to the payment policy and terms and conditions.
Given the fact they offer so many services, we chose to place an order for a movie review for a university class. We could tell from the beginning that the respective writer did not watch the movie in full length. This is primordial when you are writing a movie review. We believe that the writer only read a movie review online and decided to write the paper for us.
Then, they missed our deadline by 3 days, and the review contained plagiarism. We checked the paper even more thoroughly and we can say it contained just too many spelling and grammatical errors. When we asked for a free revision, they refused to perform it.
They send very poor quality papers which are not even edited by an expert in the field.
Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 8/20)
They state that customer service is available on a 24/7 basis. There are two phone numbers listed on the site, and when we tried to call them nobody answered. We had to call 3 times until we could talk to a customer service representative.
Then, they do not have the instant chat option, but instead they tell you to follow them on social media to get in contact with them. We consider that the customer service is not responsive and that the experts are not professional enough.
