Criteria #1: Range of Writing Services Offered (Mark - 14/20)
Their homepage displays their complete range of service, from essay writing to dissertation paper writing. You can either click on ’Buy a dissertation’ or ’Write my essay’, but beyond that, there’s not detailed service offering, which is kind of a disappointment. Since they have no samples available to download, if you’re wondering what kind of specific services they offer, you’ll have to contact customer support for more details.
Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 12/20)
CustomEssayWriter online service promises to have a price that is worth their service. The typical number of words per page is 250, and the price of each assignment is based on the deadline and the academic level you’re on. If it’s a tighter deadline and a higher academic level, this means the task is more complex, so you’re going to pay as high as $114 per page for a Master's assignment, which in all honesty, isn’t the most affordable price on the market.
Criteria #3: Quality Evaluation (Mark - 13/20)
We wanted to get more insight into the actual quality of articles and essays that were provided by CustomEssayWriter.co.uk, so we contacted them via e-mail and requested a sample since there were no visible samples for download on their website. They sent us three samples, which were all unfinished, but they claim this is due to copyright issues.
We received a few chapters from a dissertation and an essay from a social studies class. Apart from being unfinished, the quality was satisfactory, however, their formatting was completely off track.
Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 14/20)
When we asked about discount code, the customer support representative left us waiting for a couple of minutes until he came back with an answer, which left us confused. They took so much time to answer a basic question about their service.
On another note, you can contact their customer support representatives via live chat on their website, or send them an e-mail, which of course would take longer than you’d really like to. You can also contact them via phone.
Criteria #5: Customers Reviews (Mark - 14/20)

Conclusion: We couldn’t find any extra features on their website, but in all fairness, this writing service is average and cannot provide students with solid papers.

If you thought about ordering, just don’t. I just received two “HIGH QUALITY ESSAYS” which turned out to be extremely poor in quality. The writing style was awful.

DeleteI’m wondering if they really take consideration when it comes to specific requirements. I had some bad experiences in the past where writers didn’t understand the importance of my terms.
