PaperHelpWriting.com is an online writing services provider. At first glance the main website of the company looks professional. However, when we tried to browse through the main topics, we saw that the pages took extremely long to load.
Moreover, there is very little educational information available on the website. You cannot see immediately the services provided or the prices charged. They also do not have a free online calculator.

This is a writing services company, but they do not display a list of services on their website. We consider this outrageous, because all reputable companies should have a clear list with all the types of papers they offer.
We only know they offer essays and academic papers, as described on their homepage. As we scrolled down the page we also saw there a few types of services which were not even arranged in a logical manner. These are Coursework help, Dissertation help, term paper and write my essay.
Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 10/20)
They only display a few prices on their website, including the following: University level writing starting at $16/page, Ph.D. level at $29/page, Master’s at $22/ page and high school level at $10/page. They do not enlist the prices for different deadlines, which is not fair.
You should not pay the same price per page for a 6-hour deadline and for a 20-days deadline. There are no discounts features whatsoever, while the payment policy page is nonexistent. We could only find out that they accept the following payment methods: VISA, PayPal, Discover, and MasterCard.
We placed an order for an essay in History, with a deadline of 3 days. Firstly, they missed the deadline and they also sent us an essay that contained just too much plagiarized content. We saw they provide the plagiarism guarantee and told them about this. The answer was that in order to run a plagiarism check, we need to pay another fee.
Of course, we did not pay anything extra, and we are completely unsatisfied with the quality provided. This essay was also not edited professionally, and we did not receive any free title page or free bibliography page as it is customary with high profile writing companies.
Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 8/20)
This company advertises that they have a 24/7 customer support. When we tried to reach them over the phone, they were not picking up. Then, we sent an email, and we had to wait two days until we received an answer.
The problem is that students generally need help very fast with their papers, so they must be able to reach customer service immediately. Also, when we contacted them via the instant chat option and asked a question about the services provided, they told us to read the available information on the website. We consider they have a non-responsive, poor customer service.
