WiseEssays.com is an online writing service providing solutions for high school and university students. At first sight their website looks professional, but it is not at all functional. For example, we tried to calculate the price of our order using the online calculator. This calculator does not even work properly. It shows the price only for 2 pages of essay writing.
Then, we tried to get more information about the academic background of the writers. Such information is not available on their website. In our opinion, there is very little valuable information available on the main site.

Criteria #1: Range of Writing Services Offered (Mark - 10/20)
We found out that they offer a very vast range of writing services. For example, some of the main categories include Academic Writing, Dissertation services, Admission Help, Assignments writing and Editing services. We did not like the fact that they do not offer Dissertation on a chapter by chapter basis. Many students need help only with a few chapters of their paper.
Then, they do not offer well categorized Essay services such as Persuasive essays, descriptive essays or personal statement essays. We consider their services description is very chaotic and students cannot find quickly what they are looking for.
Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 9/20)
Unfortunately, this company enlists a price of $11,96 per page for any type of writing. They charge the same for essay writing, just as they charge for Dissertation writing. In our opinion, this is quite suspicious; because there is a huge difference in quality between the two types of writing. Even though their prices may seem low, these are not realistic at all.
Regarding Discounts, they offer a onetime 13% discount for first time orders. We have placed an order here, and we can tell you that we did not receive any discount. They also do not accept enough payment options, and they charge more than the actual price stated in the quote.
We ordered 2 essays from this company, in order to evaluate the quality provided. Both essays were of the lowest possible quality. We have asked for Professional level writing, and they sent us quality provided by someone in the 6th grade.
The papers were full of grammatical mistakes and plagiarized content. The bibliography page was copied from an online source and the Introduction was again copied word by word from Wikipedia. We could never use these essays to present them in a classroom or to send them for grading to any teacher.
Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 8/20)
This company has a nonexistent customer support. We tried to contact them through the phone, and we had to wait half an hour until someone answered. When they finally answered, we were surprised to hear that they would not give us any information. The representative told us that all the necessary information is available on the site and that we should not call to ask such questions. We consider their customer support rude and not at all professional.
