The name of this service speaks for itself: it’s mostly focused on delivering papers for cheap prices. As soon as we saw such a claim, we had one main question on our minds: is Affordable Papers legit? At first sight, it seemed pretty cool. The website is detailed, although it takes a bit of effort to find the info you need. The quality of the sample we received was below average, but that’s what you get for the cheapest price.

Criteria #1: Range of Writing Services Offered (Mark - 17/20)
In the menu featured at the homepage, we could easily see that the company offered the most frequently-requested types of papers for students: assignments, essays, term papers, book reports, book reviews, research papers, speeches, theses, case studies, dissertations, coursework, and homework.
When we accessed the pricing section, we saw few other services in the dropdown menu: capstone project, research proposal, business plan, and admission essay. There is some space for improvement in this list. For example, Affordable Papers doesn’t offer programming assignments, statistics projects, lab reports, and few other types of content that students need.
Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 15/20)
The prices are pretty low – they start from $9 and go up to $32, depending on the deadline and quality level you choose for the essay. We noticed that the shortest deadline was 8 hours, so this is not the right choice of service for students who need extremely urgent essays. There are three academic levels available at this site: School, College, and University.
Criteria #3: Quality Evaluation (Mark - 11/20)
We’ll be honest with you: we did not expect impressive quality given the fact that the word affordable was mentioned numerous times at the website. This company doesn’t emphasize quality; it gets attention to the claims for cheap prices.
We ordered an essay from the area of marketing. The paper wasn’t too bad, but it was too general. The writer did not produce clear, convincing arguments to prove the thesis statement. In fact, there wasn’t a clear thesis statement, to begin with. The paper wasn’t a disaster, but we think that a student who pays for a paper should always get a little more.
Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 14/20)
Before we could access the live chat feature, we had to complete a simple form that asked whether you’re an existing customer or a visitor and then required us to select a question type. That’ wasn’t too bad since we immediately accessed the live chat and started talking to a representative. She informed us that there were no hidden payments and we placed the order.
Unfortunately, the customer support wasn’t that accessible while we were waiting for the paper. They just kept saying “the writer is working on it, please be patient.”
Criteria #5: Customers Reviews (Mark - 12/20)

As it turns out, the quotes at other websites are not that high. Let me tell you about the research paper I received. It was too basic. Maybe a high school student will be happy with it. DeleteI spent over 100 USD on my paper and had got poor quality work with lack of arguments. There were a lot of grammar mistakes I needed to correct myself. Poor quality service I think.

I was not able to receive full paper I have ordered from Affordable paper. It was half done and have not passed plagiarism check. At the end, I am waiting for the refund from them.

ReplyDeleteI have been working with this company for a long time and have GOT ALMOST ALL MY PAPERS of needed quality. There were several occasions when I needed to fix some grammar mistakes, but overall nice service.
ReplyDeleteThey call themselves “AffordablePapers”. Ok, I agree the price is affordable. But where’s the quality they promise? It feels totally unjust to ask for money, even if it’s not that expensive, and then don’t deliver on your quality promises. GRAMMAR MISTAKES OMG, what kind of this writing service is this? I’m better off hiring a 5$ writer and I bet he’s gonna do a better job than these guys did.
ReplyDeleteI expected to get a better grade…I actually got a C on my paper…and I went to the professor and asked him why…what was wrong? He gave me enough reasons for which my essay wasn’t a professional one, so I won’t order again, and I left this review to show you guys that it’s not worth ordering from here..good luck finding other services!

exactly when you need them the most…bad experience mates, bad experience.
I am not pleased with what they gave me. I looked over my dissertation (that’s a big deal for me you know)…and I don’t feel that I can turn it in like this…wasted money
ReplyDeleteMy writer specified a certain date for the turn around time….I received it one week later…imagine my disappointment when I couldn’t give turn in my assignment on time…I lost money, and I got a penalty on school. WORST service ever.
