For a writing agency that claims to have 10 years of experience in custom writing, we expected to get brilliant service from PayForEssay. That didn’t happen. The essay we received wasn’t good enough for the level of quality we opted for. Plus, there was some plagiarism in it. The website is a bit complicated; there is too much useless content that no one reads, but it took us some browsing around before we could find the really important information.

Criteria #1: Range of Writing Services Offered (Mark - 17/20)
There is a separate page that lists the types of services this company delivers. The range of services is quite good. Students can order A-level coursework, dissertation, GCSE coursework, essay, report, thesis, chart, proposal, review, stand-alone chapters of different projects, and more.
The order form also features scholarship essay, book report, case study, and few other services. Overall, this is a decent offer that meets the needs of most students.
Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 13/20)
The prices are not high, but the longest deadlines are extremely long. For example, you can set a deadline of 2 months for a price of $14.95, $19.95, or $21.95 per page, depending on the level of quality. The shortest deadline is 48 hours, so PayForEssay.net is not the type of service you want to use for an extremely urgent order. The available levels are Undergraduate, Master, and PhD, and the highest quote per page is $35.95. This was the case with the first price chart we noticed, but it turned out it was for dissertations.
The price chart for essays is different, and the quotes come in 5 levels: High School, College, Undergraduate, Master, and PhD. There is a 3-hour deadline, and it costs from $34.95 to $44.95, depending on the deadline.
Now you’re wondering about the discount code, aren’t you? Well, there is no discount policy at this website, so you’ll have to pay the full price. That being considered, it’s not the most affordable agency out there.
Criteria #3: Quality Evaluation (Mark - 13/20)
There was 10% plagiarism in the paper we received. Although there is a guarantee for plagiarism-free content at the main page, the Terms and Conditions of the company mention no such thing. 10% is not a bad result to get on Copyscape, since you can easily fix that content by paraphrasing it. However, when we order a paper online, we expect an absolutely unique paper. If the writer uses online sources, he has to reference them. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen when we used Pay For Essay.
On the good side, the writer delivered this essay one day early and he did agree to make some revisions. We wouldn’t say this website was a scam, but there are much better options in the custom-writing industry.
Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 11/20)
This is where the company failed. The agents are quite rude and they don’t want to help. First, we got template messages through the live chat, so we thought there was an available agent to talk to. That wasn’t the case. Nevertheless, we placed the order just to test this service.
Don’t expect to contact your writer, and you can only hope to get an answer from the customer support agents. We had to wait for hours after we complained that there was plagiarism in the paper. Luckily, an agent did respond and we got the content revised.
Criteria #5: Customers Reviews (Mark - 12/20)
“Don’t buy from this service. First of all, it’s expensive. Second - it doesn’t deliver good content.”
“You want to waste your money on a basic paper without original argumentation? Then go for it. If you really care about your investment, I suggest to avoid PayForEssay.net.”
“Let me start from the beginning: the website is not informative enough. I had to contact the support to get some answers about the revision policy, and there wasn’t response. My paper was ready by the deadline, but it wasn’t what I asked for. I need an in-depth term paper for my philosophy course, so I went for Ph.D. quality. There were some good parts in it, but mostly it was idenitcal to my textbook. I didn’t get my money back.”

Conlcusion: The overall quality of the content is not bad, but there is an issue with paraphrasing, content which is not expected when you pay such a high price.
