AdvancedWriters.com seems to be a legit writing company that promises quick contact and a money-back guarantee. At first glance, the website has good design but is not quite really user-friendly since it is filled with much unnecessary information. What follows are the results of detailed research of the company.

Criteria #1: Range of Writing Services Offered (Mark - 16/20)

AdvancedWriters is not a scam website and it offers a wide array of types of writing, such as research papers, term papers, thesis, dissertations, coursework, speeches, book reports, book reviews, assignments and more. Aside from all information on pricing and ordering, there is a separate section that can be reached from the bottom of the site regarding all these types of writing. The website information is too detailed and it takes a lot of time to read everything, but it does provide understandable information on pricing and ordering. Aside from this, there is an entire section on a money-back guarantee. However, this feature seems to be a big advantage, but it does not specify the criteria according to which they decide if one should get a refund.

We have encountered several free features on this website such as free revisions, free plagiarism checkers, bibliography and references.

Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 12/20)

The company charges affordable prices that start from $13 for a page and vary according to academic level, type of paper, level of urgency and number of pages. Their urgency deadline is only 8 hours but the furthest period is only a month, and they only accept offers of more than 30 pages for it. So, if a customer wants to order for a further period in the future, they are quite limited by this rule.

We have not encountered any discount code, and there is no first-time discount or a discount based on the size of the order. The only discounts offered are those for regular customers. Regular customers get life-time discounts that vary according to the money spent on their services.

Criteria #3: Quality Evaluation (Mark - 14/20)

This writing company has published only a few academic writing samples in the blog section. After a detailed review, we can confirm that they had 100% unique and original content as confirmed by Copyscape. All the essays had nicely arranged paragraphs and were written in an appropriate academic language with a nice bibliography section. However, when we decided to order a piece of writing, what we received was a unique essay with good content, but some plagiarism and a few grammar mistakes.

Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 14/20)

AdvancedWriters is informing that their customer support is prompt and professional. However, when we wrote to the online chat, we received a template message saying that we will be next served. On the opposite, we waited for a long amount of time to get a representative to talk to.
When we got the reply, the representative of the company did answer in a professional manner but was not really informed on the things we wanted to discuss, so we waited for a while for him to answer our questions.

Criteria #5: Customers Reviews (Mark - 13/20)

This company has a current rating of 8.5 out of 10 on its official website. However, the reviews do not really confirm this number.
