Criteria #1: Range of Writing Services Offered (Mark - 10/20)
Let’s start of this coolessay review with their services. Their website is very confusing and too much information is cramped up in one place. There wasn’t a special menu for their services, but once we contacted them the list of what they have to offer is very short.
If you were to give your all your academic assignments to them it wouldn’t be possible, since they are limited to writing just essays and homework. This is quite a limiting range of services, and if you want to rely on only one service for all your academic needs and not just homework and essays.
Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 12/20)
Similar to many other writing services, they price their papers based on the number of pages, the deadline and the academic level of the task itself. This means the higher the number the pages, and the closer the deadline, the higher the price will be. But they also charge you extra for any additional features, such as primary research.
That means, no research might go into your tasks, and if you want them to do their research properly, you’ll have to pay an additional fee for it. Their discounts aren’t transparently displayed on the website, as you are asked to contact customer support if you would actually like to achieve a discount of some sort.
Criteria #3: Quality Evaluation (Mark - 12/20)
We’d so many successful and professional writing services out there, the bar has been set high. From what we could see from their samples, which were sent to us by email, they don’t pay much attention to detail. Not only does it seem sloppy, but it also seems that the less you pay the more they will cut down on quality. We expect service to deliver their best at all times, not just when it suits them.
Quality shouldn’t depend on the price, and they seem to focus a lot on providing the best writers only for those who pay more.
Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 13/20)
This coolessay.net review will, of course, cover the customer support. We tried their live chat option, which seemed to be more dead than alive, since we waited for an answer and never got any back. Other options for contact are to email them, call them or join their social media and try and contact them there.
Not really satisfactory especially when you’re a student in a hurry. If you have the time on your hands to sit behind the computer all day and wait for someone to appear on their live chat, then this service is okay, but otherwise, we’d advise you to stay away from such companies.
