With what seems to be a very poorly designed website, penmypaper.com leaves a bad first impression to students who visit their site. However, being professional review creators, we have learned that you should not base your choices on website design only.
Therefore, we decided to craft our own penmypaper.com review and check the remaining features of the service before making the final decision.

The list of services here is quite limited, but it does contain the commonly assigned papers. However, several customers have complained in penmypaper.com reviews about the services offered, saying that the company rejected their orders based on the explanation 'no available writers at the moment'.
Not being able to complete all orders is a huge disadvantage of a writing service and a problem for students who need professional assistance. If you are not able to rely on one service to craft your papers, you'd have to look for a content provider over and over again, which is not a simple thing at all.
Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 10/20)
There is no way to check this company's prices! The website is so poorly designed, that they don't even have a price list, not to mention any pages regarding prices or services.
We thought it would be a good idea to check the pricing on the calculator on the homepage, but this calculator does not work, either.
This was the most surprising part of our penmypaper review. The company offers incredibly and unrealistically low prices, starting at $5 per page! These prices raised many questions and concerns with us since no quality paper can cost $8 per page for a deadline of 7 days and a Master's level!
Criteria #3: Quality Evaluation (Mark - 10/20)
The prices and penmypaper reviews indicated that we should not expect a lot from this service, but our experience was actually worse than we anticipated. The research paper we got at $8 per page was mostly plagiarized, and the writer delivered it two hours late.
To make things even worse, the writer missed most of our requirements and simply rewrote a paper we easily found online. Because of it, the plagiarism percentage was so big, there was basically no way to save the paper.
Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 10/20)
After we got that terrible research paper, we immediately tried to get in touch with the company's customer service. However, the agents are rarely available, even though penmypaper.com says they are ready to serve customers at all times.
We tried the live chat option and the e-mail but got no response. Then, we decided to call the phone numbers found on the bottom of the page, even though they were for 'business inquires only'. The person we got here was very rude, saying that we should be trying the live chat customer service again. After three attempts, we finally found a live chat agent, but our revised paper was still of very low quality.
Criteria #5: Customers Reviews (Mark - 11/20)

"Thank God this company is cheap, or it would be the worst investment I have made. Even so, I still regret paying those $20 for my paper. Maybe I will get one page from a different service instead of the three I got here, but at least I'd get one original and good page. The writer here probably copied and pasted content he found online, and sent the paper to me right afterwards."

Conclusion: Penmypaper.com is not a high quality writing service. Their quality of writers is concerning, as well as the customer service who was never available when we asked for assistance.
