Interestingly, aoneessays.net has a Services page, but like most of the content on the website, this page is very strange and incomplete. If you take a look at it, you will get the impression that the company offers only research papers, coursework and homework help, but this is not the case.
As a matter of fact, things are better than you'd think, which is why we do not understand why the company does not present the list on the page in the first place. If you order the ordering form or the pricing page, you will learn that aoneessays.net actually offers a wider list of academic papers, even though this list is not very extensive.
Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 9/20)
Prices at this company are calculated only based on the deadline, a number of pages, and quality option.
After checking some of the quotes, we learned that this company is affordable and averagely priced. For example, you can get an essay of Standard quality for $16.99 per page within a 5-day deadline, while the same essay would cost $18.99 per page for Premium quality.
As for discounts, you will be disappointed to hear that the only discount offered is 15% for newcomers. This is a solid offer for new customers, but the lack of a loyalty program for returning customers is a huge disadvantage.
Criteria #3: Quality Evaluation (Mark - 10/20)
Once we checked the pricing and services, we decided to give the company a shot and see what they actually deliver. We ordered a research paper within a deadline of 6 days.
The writer did well with the deadline, but not with our paper. It seemed as if he did not look into our requirements at all, or proofread the paper before sending it to us. When we got it, we had to ask for a revision to fix the 27 mistakes in a 5-page paper!
Even then, the editors failed to fix most of it.
Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 10/20)
As we said, we got the low-quality content and immediately asked for one of the free revisions this company offers. Unfortunately, not even the customer support of this service is satisfactory, in the sense that the agents were nowhere to be found in the first couple of hours after we got the order.
After our fourth attempt, we finally got a reply on what is supposed to be a 24/7 live chat, and we did get an approval for the free revision. Once we reached the agent, we were satisfied with his work.
