And there’s no doubt that some are great. But there are also plenty of others that claim to be experienced, professional, timely and supportive, but don’t live up to the claims.

Criteria #1: Range of Writing Services Offered (Mark - 16/20)
Several custom-writing.org reviews didn’t cover the topic of their service. We had to mention this because it is one of the most important aspects, but they failed to deliver. We wanted to see if they can take on other tasks that weren’t on their list on the website, and just as we suspected they weren’t able to take on the task.
For a company that claims to offer so much, it’s quite surprising that they can’t deliver essays on different kinds of topics, but only on a select few. It raises the questions of whether they are actually truly the experts that they claim to be.
Criteria #2: Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy (Mark - 12/20)
Custom-writing.org has the usual price chart on their website, and their prices are based on the common four factors: academic level, assignment type, number of pages and deadline. This is not a new system, and they don’t seem to be original when it comes to their pricing system.
You can get an instant price quote if you can’t calculate how much your order will be, and there’s more. They have three kinds of discounts, ranging from a lifetime discount to a first-time order one, enabling you to achieve a discount from 3% to 15%. They don’t go into great detail since their discounts are personalized for each of their clients.

Criteria #3: Quality Evaluation (Mark - 8/20)
When it comes to ordering essays online, your primary concern should be the quality of the papers. Overall, we were not happy with what we were delivered. When we ordered our essay, we were expecting something completely different.
It wasn’t formatted properly and there were a few not so well researched pieces of information in the essay which we would remove if we wanted to avoid problems. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to offer the best services, and there are definitely other websites that you can turn to, to get your hands on high-quality papers.
Criteria #4: Customer Support (Mark - 10/20)
You have several options. You can contact them via mail, email, phone or chat, but they are not as responsive as they claim to be. In fact, we tried calling them, and we never ended up speaking with a person, as we were kept on the line for an hour listening to the machine. Our emails haven’t been answered yet, and for customer service, this is really irresponsible, especially if you’re catering to students with deadlines who need to be able to contact the company for updates.
If you want a service that gets back to you and actually wants to talk to you about your assignment, then this is definitely a bad choice.
